We're committed to continuously improving Discover and have some exciting updates to share with our services this week.
This Thursday 23 July, we're updating how you sign in to Discover.
What to expect
When you log in on the morning of Thursday 23 July, you may find you've been signed out and need to log in again. The screen will look a little different
You'll first be asked for your email address.
After clicking Continue, enter your current password as usual.
The first time you sign in, it may take slightly longer than normal while your new authentication account is set up in the background.
How to prepare
Make sure the email address you use to sign in to Discover (your System Login Email) is one you can still access. If you forget your password, you'll need this email to use the Forgot Password feature and get back in.
Why we're making this change
This is the first step toward giving you more sign-in options in future, and it keeps Discover aligned with industry best practice for security and authentication.
