Staff Identification Updates: Updated staff identification requirements to remove birth certificate options from the Staff Profile identification fields that don’t meet the Ministry of Education’s requirements. Centres will now be required to use a different approved identification types when creating or updating staff records, helping ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements. Existing staff records using these options will display validation messages until updated.
Child Weekly Attendance Report Improvements: Improved the performance of the Child Weekly Attendance report, allowing larger date ranges to be generated more reliably while maintaining accurate attendance and contact information.
Enrolment Agreement Form Update: Corrected a wording error in the Custodial Statement section of the Enrolment Agreement form to improve clarity and accuracy.
Direct Debit/Credit Enhancements: Commission details are now visible to authorised users within Direct Debit/Credit settings and during the billpayer sign-up process, providing greater transparency of applicable fees.
