Discover Updates - May 27, 2026

We're committed to continuously improving Discover and have some exciting updtates to share with our services this week. 

These updates will be available as of Thursday, 28 May.
Discover Updates
  • Bulk Invoice Reversal: You can now invoice invoices in bulk with confidence. We've fixed an issue where reversal records weren't being created, so your financial recrods will stay accurate and complete. 
  • Staff Access & Settings: We've tightened permission controls to keep your settings secure. Previously, some users without the reght access could update staff permissions or restricted centre settings -- this has now been resolved. 
  • Centre Funding Summary Report: We've improved how funding rates are calculated and displayed when excluding tax, so what you see is clearer and more accurate. You'll also now see additional guidance to help you understand how rates are calculated and rounded. 
  • ECE Return Periods: To simplify the process, you'll now see one ECE Return period per year. If you need to submit outside the standard timeframe, the Ministry of Education will notify us and we'll update your return period for you.
