We're committed to continuously improving Discover and have some exciting updates to share with our services this week.
Below features will be available as of Thursday 1st October 2026.
Charge Adjustment Fix: Fixed an issue where charge adjustments set to Always Charge were not applying the full amount when a centre had a No Charge holiday. Adjustments now calculate correctly regardless of the holiday setting.
PDF Report Generation Fix: Fixed an issue where large reports could fail to generate or download successfully. Reports can now be generated and downloaded successfully without errors or timeouts.
Family Boost Statements: Automated Family Boost statements will start sending on Saturday 3 October. We've scheduled them over the weekend so they can be delivered quickly and reliably without affecting your system during the working week. Most statements will arrive over the weekend, and all will be sent within 72 hours. If you have automated statements enabled, there's nothing you need to do. Please don't send them manually, as this may result in families receiving duplicate statements.
