The following feature will be available via a phased rollout from 20 May 2026.

Keeping up with evolving compliance requirements can be challenging - especially when incident records need to meet new state-specific standards. Missing required information or updating processes manually can add unnecessary admin and increase the risk of incomplete documentation.
To support this, we’ve introduced a new field within Incident Records in Playground to capture the name and signature of the person who provided, or attempted to provide, notice of an incident. This has been added alongside the existing signature fields at the end of the Incident Record form and will be rolled out in phases from May 20, 2026.
This update helps ensure your incident records remain complete, consistent, and aligned with the latest regulatory expectations. By building this directly into your existing workflow, you can stay compliant and audit-ready without adding extra steps to your day.
