Additional Option for Staff Discounts
We've added a new option for calculating staff discounts. Some values that were used in the calculations were previously worked out indirectly, and can now be retrieved directly from the CCSS, which can give a more accurate staff discount in certain scenarios, such as when a subsidy is paid to the individual rather than the service. You'll find the new option, Base staff discounts on the session subsidy entitlement, under Options then Preferences. It becomes the standard basis from the start of the 2026-27 CCS year.
