QikKids Release Notes: 4.19.47E

We will be releasing QikKids 4.19.47E

NSW Start Strong CSV - QikKids now generates the CSV for organisations whose NSW Start Strong services have different program dates. Previously, the services in the window needed matching program dates.

NSW Start Strong Fee Relief - for a week that spans two funding years, QikKids now caps each child's weekly fee relief using the funding year of the program the week belongs to. Funding for such weeks is now capped more accurately.

Clearer NSW Start Strong Messages - if there is no program set up for the year you choose, QikKids now says so and points you to the NSW Start Strong button on Centre Details. If a fee relief calculation period runs past a program's dates, QikKids now calculates only the program's weeks and tells you which weeks it left out.

Bulk Apply Kindy Flag - now a single item at the bottom of the State Kindy Funding menu, rather than one in each state's submenu. As before, it lists every service that uses NSW Start Strong, Vic Arrival or ACT Kindy.

Session Reports and State Funding - when state or territory funding is first allocated to a week that has already been submitted, QikKids now updates that week's session reports to include it, unless the week is in a previous CCS year that can no longer be varied, in line with government guidance.

CCS Amounts on the Roll - when Query CCSS on the roll brings in a top-up payment for a week that was changed after it was first paid, QikKids now shows each session's share of the CCS more accurately.

IS Case Claims Reports - the IS Case Claims reports now report IS booking patterns more accurately, so some rows may change status. Each case now shows only its own service and care type, so services offering before and after school care may see fewer rows: for example, before school care sessions no longer appear under an after school care case.
