The NSW Department of Education is progressively onboarding CCMS to the new Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Digital Hub; a secure, centralised platform designed to simplify funding, reporting and data submissions for services. Over time, the Digital Hub will replace the Early Childhood Contract Management System (ECCMS).
For NSW Community Preschools using QikKids, data for your service may be securely and seamlessly shared with the Digital Hub on a weekly basis starting from (00/00/0000). To share this information with the department, preschools must collect parent consent and capture this in QikKids for each child record, including the date when consent was granted.
This will enable preschools to transfer the following:
- Child Information
- Enrolment Details
- Attendance Information
- Service Details
- Fee Details
NQAITS Notifications
Please note that NQAITS data collection requirements remain unchanged. Services are still legally required to continue submitting mandatory notifications through the NQAITS platform.
