These updates will be available from 14th October.

Keeping enrolment records and absence reporting accurate can be complex, especially when dates don’t align or compliance requirements change. These updates give administrators more control and clarity when managing Relevant Arrangements and financial reporting.
What’s changing?
Start Date selection for Relevant Arrangements: Services can now choose the exact Start Date when creating a Relevant Arrangement (RA).

Previously, RAs defaulted to the start date in a child’s profile. If that date was 14 weeks or more before a booking or session report, the enrolment could cease automatically under non-attendance rules. To prevent this and improve accuracy, a Start Date selector has been added to the RA enrolment screen. Administrators can now select the correct date a child begins care at their service.
Allowable absence counts by statement period: A new absence count column now appears on Financial Statements and Statements of Entitlement.

Alongside the existing financial year-to-date (YTD) allowable/additional absence count, a new column shows absences recorded within the statement’s date range only. Absences outside the selected range will not appear in the new statement period column.
YTD absence counts remain unchanged, continuing to show paid absences from the start of the financial year to the statement generation date.
