The following improvements will be live from 26 March. We have added new kinder program types to the Child Funding Type dropdown in the State Kinder Funding tool.
There are two new options:
- 4YO Pre Prep VIC
- Early Start Kinder VIC

We have also updated the wording on Parent Statements to more accurately reflect which State Kinder program a child is enrolled in. Previously, statements displayed only the state (e.g. VIC). Fee relief descriptions will now specify the exact program (e.g. VIC 3YO Kinder), based on the selected Child Funding Type.
The following improvements are live now.
In accordance with updates to the Children’s Services Award, we have enhanced our Rostering module to align with the new classification structure.
When creating a shift, the Position and Pay Classification dropdowns will now reflect the updates structure from Schedule I of the Children’s Services Award.
All shifts created on or after 1 March will reflect these new classifications. Existing shifts created prior to this date will not be affected and will retain their original Position and Pay Classification data for reporting purposes.
Important:
Shifts created before this release will remain unchanged. However, if a user edits an existing shift, the Position and Pay Classification fields will appear blank. Users must select updated values from the new dropdown lists before saving. Before editing an existing shift, we recommend confirming the correct position to ensure accurate classification.

- Resolved an issue where data was not displaying when viewing submitted Queensland Kinder Acquittals.
- Fixed an issue in the State Kinder Funding tool where making updates in the Program tab incorrectly paused funding and prompted users to reselect the funding type (manual or automatic) in the Funding tab.
