Managing vacation care can be complex. Setting up programs, applying the correct fees, and ensuring bookings are accurate often requires significant manual oversight. That's why we've introduced our Vacation Care Planner.
Our Vacation Care Planner provides a dedicated space in Office to create and manage your holiday programs from start to finish. Set up your dates, activities, rooms and fees once, then allow families to book directly through the Home app. Because fees are linked to activities, bookings are automatically aligned to the correct session and pricing.
What's changing?
- A dedicated vacation care setup experience: Create your holiday program in Office by setting dates, activities, rooms and fees in one place.
- Family self-service bookings: Families can view available activities and submit bookings directly through the Home app, either instantly or by request.
- Integrated booking management: Vacation care bookings flow through to your Master Roll, Booking Manager, statements and reporting, providing a consistent management experience across Office.
- Improved booking accuracy: Activity-linked fees help ensure families are booked into the correct session at the correct price, reducing the need for manual adjustments.
- Greater consistency across documents: Making it easier to verify service details and support compliance requirements.
Vacation Care Planner is now available to all services with no additional setup required. This is the first of several planned enhancements designed to simplify vacation care management.
