Keeping statements clear, accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements matters to families, providers and your team. That's why we've made some updates to Account Statements and Statements of Entitlement.
What's changing?
- Provider Name and Service Name now align with PRODA and will display exactly as they appear in PRODA on both Account Statements and Statements of Entitlement.
- Provider ID and Service ID have been added to Account Statements, bringing them into line with the information already included on Statements of Entitlement.
Greater consistency across documents, making it easier to verify service details and support compliance requirements.
It's a small update that helps ensure statements remain accurate, consistent, and ready when you need them.
