When a parent's or educator's email or mobile changes, getting them signed in again shouldn't mean raising a ticket or waiting on support.
From 3 July, we put Xplor ID Management in your hands, right from their profile in Office:
- Update login details as you save a contact email or mobile — Office spots the change and offers to sync it for you
- Line up accounts in a click with the new Sync button
- Keep every change secure — if the new email is already in use, the person confirms it from their own inbox, so accounts stay protected
- Sort sign-in details on the spot — quick to do, no support ticket needed
- Works for parents and educators — manage both from their profile, right in Office
It's about more control, faster management, and people who can sign in the moment their details change.

System Enhancements
We have added a new Role Selector screen on Hub. If you are any combination of parent, educator, or collection contact for a child, you will be prompted to select which profile you would like to log in as.
